So you could argue that previous form is out of the window, and we're day 1 week 1.
Imagine if the previous form book was turned on its head. The top six struggling to put results together, and the teams fighting relegation becoming the form teams.
Knowing the Boro, it wouldn't be beyond imagination to see us turn it on, show some outstanding performances and leave Teessiders wondering "FFS if only"

I admire your optimism but the squad has looked under-motivated and unbalanced all season. I hope I'm wrong but I just can't imagine the like of Assombalonga and Gestede straining at the leash to be back out on the field.

The best thing that could happen for MFC is for the season to be ended now and never resumed.

Note we've got 4 at home and 5 away. That's an advantage as if results follow the bundesliga, home advantage doesn't count anymore.
