When has that happened before amazing

Last minute winners are one of those great but seemingly rare things in football. Late goals are intrinsically imbued with a significant sliding doors type intrigue. It’s probably one of those moments that stick with you as a supporter. Going back in time remember Mogga grabbing a last ditch winner at Newport in 1986 and the Boro end going mad.

More recently Adam Forshaw’s bonkers goal against Reading in 2016 in injury time and of course how can we not forget Massimo against Steau.

Have we done it when conceding so late ourselves. Am struggling to recall Something as remarkable as last night.
 
The 2006 Boro 4 bolton 3 game wasn’t far off though the equaliser for Bolton was the 85th minute.

that was the game where Kevin Davies showed up Pogatetz as a player who could dish it out but had a hissy fit if he got some back.
 
That was an amazing game to watch and a great advert for Championship football. Jones is unplayable at the moment, with assists for both goals, and he can only get better

The first half of that season was one of the best times ever to be a Boro fan. Team full of young local lads, playing great football, incredible team spirit, amazing atmosphere in the ground, up to 7th in the league around December..
Second half was terrible mind.

Unbelievable time following the mighty Boro, just a few years after almost going to the wall, promotion, promotion, fantatsic football, goals, then a new record signing & wham, it slowly started to fall apart, we really didnt deserve to be relegated
 
There was a game at home to Charlton right at the start of the 1997/98 season, I think we were losing 1-0 but Festa and Rav scored really late goals to give us a 2-1 win. Not sure if it was last minute territory though.
 
It was a great season tbf. Gutting to go down at the end. I only started following the boro in 86/87 so it was my first experience of relegation after two season of glory.

I'm pretty sure the winner was in the last minute. It was a very hot day. The headline in the Sports Gazette, which I have a copy of somewhere, was literally, "Phew! What a scorcher!"

If that was the away game, I was there. Only ever visit to their old ground.
