What Would a Decent Promotion Run Look Like?

It would probably look quite abstract, confusing and somewhat underwhelming due to list of events scheduled for and paid for by us apparently being copyrighted!

First half of the season (if I'm allowed to call it that) I have us with 13 wins, 5 draws and 5 defeats. Sitting on 44 points leading into the day after Xmas™
Three wins in a row in August, October and November on what seem to be favourable f*xtures on paper.

Second half of the year® I've gone for 14 wins 4 draws and 5 defeats. One more run of three wins in a row in January before slipping into automatic promotion mode.
Churning out results whilst leaving two defeats at the back end against the desperados.

Late September and Late April look tricky in my humble opinion.

CONCLUSION: 27 wins 9 draws and 10 defeats. 90 Points BACK OF THE NET!

Sorry - that shade of green is subject to copyright by the FA. Reported. You will hear from their lawyers soon.
I’ll be starting a crowdfunder to help pay robs 70p fine. Obviously the more people that contribute to the thread the less advertising revenue will be directly attributable to that particular shade of green.. perhaps one day people will know the board for more that just Microsoft Excel Green No.3

Perhaps..

Sorry Newy I thought this was the design of our new away kit!

I seem to remember Carlisle having something similar in the 90's or perhaps I'm getting confused with some technicolor chunder from one of those mad Thursdays at The Theatre back in the day 🤣

It looks good, but if I was being picky I'd lose the 2 defeats in a row early on, it makes the image slightly jarring on the eye. Can you move one ?

Great predicting Newy, Premier League here we come. All we need now to deliver those results are 11 PL loanees and PL free agents, jobs a gud un 😉

I had us down for seven point by now, QPR was always going to be difficult.. we were an own goal away from taking a point tbf. We absolutely threw those points away. good job we have all cylinders firing on bringing in attacking options into the side. A point away at Derby country isn't as bad as folks are making out, they have the siege mentality, the chip on their shoulder and absolute basket case of a club that makes them very unpredictable and therefore dangerous at this point.

Not to worry, come Coventry City we'll be back on track, two good players for every position and a huge improvement on last season's squad that finished 10th.

44 points for Xmas has to be to aim for me, FOUR GAMES IN we've seen encouraging signs (apart from us totally throwing three points away against QPR) we're gonna have a genuine chance this season especially if we're adding the likes of Andraž Šporar, Mitchell van Bergen and Jean-Luc Dompé into the mix!
