What vinyl have you bought recently / dusting off for a play?

I have a copy of that off my dad... super colourful!

I was going through my vinyl records (I wouldn't call it a collection) and thought I'd check to see if I had any records worth money. I've got my elder sisters Beatles, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Cliff Richard originals but apparently they're not worth any money. I guess so many were sold there are loads around.
The ones that are worth money are my own pink/new wave singles. Basczax, Madison Fallout Out; Fatal Microbes; Joy Division; Only Ones. Probably in a too well used condition to get the £50, £40 values quoted.

if you look up the goldmine standard you'll get an idea of grading values, or go into discogs website and identify the actual pressing version you have (check notes, runouts etc as it makes a diffence) then look at sold prices, you'll see the different process the different conditions go for

May is NZ Mysic Month, where we celebrate the great music that comes from thai island nation of 5 million.
The new Aldous Harding album is darn good, while couldn't resist the 30th anniversary edition of Killing Moon as my old copy has been played more than a few times.

For my birthday, my Mum bought me the vinyl of Springsteen’s “See Hear Now” concert release for RSD and the Steven Wilson remix of Deep Purple’s Made In Japan. She’s pretty cool for an 89 year old.
Hope you had a good birthday Rob, I’m going to get that Springsteen vinyl, as well as it being a great set I mainly want to have Jersey Girl in my collection.

This week's deliveries. All of them except the House of All and Foreignfox are a delivery from LNFG. And I'm very excited to give alm these a listen

THE Foreignfox is the one I'm most excited by, as I wasn't aware it was available on vinyl. I Used To Be A Belly dancer is one of my favourite songs, just brilliant.

Edit: oh and the new wojtek the bear album I can't wait to hear as the previous one is just superb.
