What is the formation here

I think we have to give Warnock a bit of time to decide on what his best team is, we've had a big turnover in players. I really do hope he will stick with his best team once he decides on what it is though.

I felt uncomfortable last season, the way he constantly tinkered with the team and I hope we're not going to have a repeat of it this season.

I think Warnock has had plenty of time. It’s his squad now, and the best we’ve had in a good few years.

It already feels like this season will be just going through the motions again, ready to rip it all up and start again next season.

Watching at the game I had no idea what the formation was. The players looked lost. They didn't seem to have any idea what the tactics were. They had 2 weeks to work on it. Terrible.

How much more time than forty years in management do you need to decide you need two left backs in the club?

How much time do you need to watch your team huff and puff playing with wingbacks really poorly, before deciding to rid the squad of three wingbacks. Then next season start playing with wingbacks again.

How much time do you need to decide that if you are going to play with three centre halves, you should have more than three in the first team squad, especially as most of them are a touch injury prone or really old.

We are no further forward than where we were in January where, our promising play off push went off the rails and Neil chucked the towel in and started talking about having a proper go this season by Valentines day.
