What is happening with Burnley tickets?

I thought i had priority points but now realise the last game i went to was a seasons ago when my mam died. Points expired season ticket for 15 years countung for nothing desperate to go but saterdays non stater and midweek games also as working away. The point system seems a bit draconian given they still have a history of my attendance.

Try phoning them up am sure they'll sell you a ticket given your past

Just a thought but can people with no purchasing record buy Norwich tickets?. They are available to buy to me but I have a history. That would establish a reocrd and some priority points.

Visiting the ticket office with address ID could help people prove they are home fans?

As a season ticket holder they have let me buy tickets for other people. Of course they may change the rules for the Burnley game.

Yes they can buy Norwich tickets.
But I'm guessing this wouldn't give you the purchase 'history' to enable a Burnley purchase.

how else are they supposed to do it? I had a season ticket for over 10 years but its been 10 years since I havent had it, should that count still?

I am not so sure. I lost interest with it for a while, 17/18 year old having to work Saturdays whilst studying at the beginning of the decline. I now can't make all games so no point in having a season ticket as much as I would like one. I believe the system works fair, people will be looking at the Burnley game and others on the run in as easy way to get points to go to Wembley (should we get there) but haven't been all season or 'had a season ticket years ago' would be massively unfair on people who have paid walk up prices all season missing out.
