Audiobooks were a big one for me when my eyesight deteriorated. Got into them when I was office based and had a 2 hour daily commute.1. Packed in regular big nights out
2. Deleted Instagram and Facebook (kept Twitter for Boro stuff)
3. Began home cooking frequently
4. Working from home
5. Reading and audiobooks, usually the self-help type
My daughter being born.a few for me, coming off social media
Walking for an hour a day
Buying some headphones
Cutting out negative people and people pleasing
Buying a bidet wash
Getting a job local to me cutting off my commute
Buying a wine fridge.
Each to their own.really, that's one of my regrets - actually buying one.
Looks rubbish empty, and so you stock it up. When it's stocked up you're then tempted to crack open a bottle or two whenever you walk into the kitchen.
..and so the vicious circle continues.
