What did you used to watch when you got home from school?

When I worked at Smith's Dock, as an apprentice we would have a sweep on Whacky Races every night and would refuse to work over so we didn't miss the race. If you drew d*ck Dastardly you knew you had wasted your pound - we then started paying out on first past the post.
Brilliant I’ll have a tenner on Penelope pit stop

Record Breakers
Rolf's Cartoon Club (I absolutely loved this tbf)
Art Attack
Used to watch all these too.

At my school everyone watched Rolf's Cartoon Club and due to his strange noises whilst drawing on the show the phrase "having a Rolf" was used as a euphemism for masturbation (little did we know!)

An absolute must see for all the lads in my infants class was the Batman TV series with Adam West.
Brilliant then and brilliant now.
A classic.
I've still got the movie on DVD.

Love the scene at the start where he's being attacked by a very rubber looking shark whilst dangling from a rope from a helicopter before producing some 'Bat Shark Repellant' spray from his utility belt to ward it off. Stupidly brilliant!

I was geek I loved 15-1 and countdown!!
Ahhh 15 to 1, possibly my favourite programme of all time. Contestants appearing series after series being seen as old friends.

The early years of Kevin Ashman & Mal Collier and Stockton's very own Walter Dobson.
Through the Antony Martin era where he always got the better of plucky Chris Russon.
Jolly Barbara Thompson a Secretary from Redcar winning a series.
Leslie Booth and his marvellous hair.
The era of 4 time champ Nick Terry and his terrific rivalry with maximum man Bill McKaig.
The lovely Amy Godel.
The multiple champions Daphne Fowler and Matti Watton and the nearly man Michael Penrice with his dickie bows.

Me and mum and our cuppas and biscuit barrel with William G for company.

Bliss

And I'm a geek too!

Mork & Mindy (amazed I haven't seen it mentioned yet unless I missed it?)

Screen Test

Batman

The Tomorrow People
