Called Hilton gave this morning on Good morning Britain, the footage started off showing him in a wheelchair leaving the ward he's been on for 10 days fighting this Horrific virus & given a guard of honour as he was brought off the ward in his wheelchair flanked either side of the corridors were doctors & nurses clapping him all the way
I certainly had a lump in my throat & tears in my eyes listening to him talking
A well educated & humble man spoke so passionately & gracious of the treatment given, the whispers in his ears teliing him he's going to be ok
Those doctors & nurses, infact around the country all the doctors, nurses, cleaners, maintenance people, careers etc, all deserve a guard of honour each & every day
Another reason why we should all be clapping come Thursday evening x
