We've accepted a bid of £12m for Tav

Absolutely gutted if he goes and if he does I’d be hoping for a ‘well sign him then loan him back you type deal’, although it sounds unlikely.

You take Tav’s energy out this team and you’ve got a very slow ponderous outfit. Worrying times.

We could hold out and ask for more but what if the offers don't come in. As much as Tav always put in the effort on the pitch, he could throw his toys out of the pram and decide to down tools. We've been here before - I'm sure we all remember what happened with Ramirez.

We'll be accumulating £24m from the Spence and Tav deals. Let's reinvest that money and bring in Greaves for £7m, O'Hare for £7m and test Coventry with a £10m bid for Gyorkeres. Otherwise go for Jakobsen.

Just don't see the Bournemouth appeal. We've got a better manager and fanbase etc.
Half the games he plays will be away from home. Won't be 12k at Old Trafford.

Then there's billions watching around the world. And that includes scouts from top clubs across Europe and beyond.

If he does well, he's a PL player regardless of what happens to Bournemouth. Focusing on their home attendances is just singling out one of dozens of variables that will have helped make the decision.

There is no way we’ll be spending all that money that’s been generated from sales - not a chance

Because of other players being sold recently. He’s worth £20m plus in anyones money- young, English, can play in multiple positions.
Who else has been sold recently? Didn't Forest just sign O'Brien and Toffolo for £10m combined?

I had a quick look and £12m would put him at around the 15th most expensive player to go from the Championship that had never played in the Premier League before. I think everyone fixates on the Webster deal but apart from him there's only really Bowen, Benrahma, Watkins and Maddison that went for huge money but they're all hugely talented so you could see why they'd go for more than Tav.
