Well they’ve bought a few including Swift and Wallace and lost a few, including goalie Johnstone and Andy Carroll. With all the ups and downs at the moment with us, then we need to win on Saturday. OK, we have lost some players and the squad is weak at the moment but the signings have been good (Steffen, Lenihan, Giles). We are desperate for a striker and midfielder signing before the weekend though, especially with Paddy’s suspension. Will be interesting to see our bench on Saturday!

Swift was on 25k a week at Reading and apparently received a 'significant' payrise at WBA.

I doubt we were ever in for him. Some crackers wages flying about for the 2nd Tier.
