We're in deep **** if we lose at Wigan

Two IFs in a row, then. But I don't think we are in deep trouble - we have strengthened defence, which also means we can move players back into defence and with Britt back we should start to take more chances again.

I expressed my disappointment about Saturday in previous post. I felt we had a got all day attitude the way we played.

Woodgate has done fantastic imho and turning us into a very capable side, playing now with a blend showing local pride, youth and experienced players. However I felt we could have done much better but failed to show enough desire.

I think we will survive, but he they haven't done anything like enough and have a lot more to prove yet to begin to leave the passion out.

I think we will survive regardless, but if we get a point on Saturday (which would be a good result) then a loss next Tuesday would still have us right back in the mire. Big week this one, having not won in over a month.

Wigan are at home on Saturday too, against a Preston side who aren't great travellers.

46 points is probably safe & the sooner we get there the better..
I think the signings we've made should - as others have said - make us better & allow players to return to their more natural positions, plus allow us to be more flexible with shape.
With Shotton playing 60 mins & George also close to returning we should hopefully start putting teams away & moving in the right direction: up the table..
