They’ve not retreated to the extremes, they’ve been there all along, and they don’t have the stones to come away from there and admit they were wrong.I'm a fierce remainer, but is there any wonder there's massive division, and people retreat to the extremes of their respective sides, when both sides use antagonistic and divisive language like this post.
They’ve not listened to reason, facts, economists, business owners or experts for 4 years, sometimes people need to be told they were wrong (repeatedly) to finally get the picture that everyone’s opinion does not carry the same credibility. This is proven as next to none of them either realise or admit they were wrong or duped. The “deal” is nothing like what they campaigned for or voted for, so in theory there should be no division, as everyone should be agreeing we’ve dropped ourself in the crap.
