Warsaw recommendations

We fly off late tomorrow night for four days. Any recommendations? Particularly for a good pierogi place!
We are staying fairly near the old town

Also a couple of questions
We don't get into Modlin airport til 11pm tomorrow. Any done the LBA flight at that time and are there plenty of taxis?
Is a visit to Treblinka doable in a day on public transport?
