Warnock on TalkSPORT in a minute

Exactly. I like him too, seems a nice lad and gives his all, but I don't think he's quite at the level we need to play the way Wilder wants to play.

I said after the first few games that he could get 10-15 goals for us this season playing the Warnock way, but I think he may find himself surplus to requirements now.
He gave a great account of himself at Cardiff. I like him too. He has everything going for him to be coached to his next level. He's 27 soon, and not young but similarly has a few good years in him. I hope he can make another step up, as he's shown glimpses of his potential.

Also, I fully expect most of HIS signings will be gone in the near future, maybe in January, namely Ikpeazu, Olusanya, Ameobi. The likes of Peltier will be here until the end of the season. I wouldn't be surprised to see a new keeper come in too.
Yeah Ikpeazu isn't the quality we need, Olusanya will go out on loan to league two if he's lucky, Ameobi think we will be stuck with him because of the injury.

GK, maybe we'll finally get to see Stojanovic get a run? It'll be a clean slate for him

Agree, he's a very different option off the bench if we need it though, and I can't see his contract being much of an issue or any fee we get for him making much of a difference to the books.

very complimentary about the fans and the acknowledgment he received on Saturday. Time to put a lid on things now and move on, especially those who still have issues with him. You’ve all had your say and you’ve got your wish. Look forward to new management and press forward for rest of season.

absolutely, I was done with him 6 months ago, but he's gone, wish hi no ill will. Time to move onwards and upwards, I'm excited about the Millwall game

I really liked Uche after his first few games but agree with the above that he isn’t cut out for a high press at all. Shame for him but think he’ll be gone at the end of the season.

One of the vids says wilder’s sufc used a mid press
sounds about right. Get into shape before the press, set traps out wide, then press them to the line and try and win and exploit the space on the counter.

I'd love to see us play out from the keeper just once as a tactic. It's anti-Warnock, anti-Pulis, and Woodgate didn't have the confidence in his team to do it. But Wilder has talked a good game about possession and that would likely mean playing it our from the back, so would be great to see it

I've not seen Daniels play yet, is he better with his feet than Lumely? We might see Stojanovic if all three are starting with a clean slate to impress the new gaffer?

I think Warnock is a self publicist it’s never his fault I was him well but I’m delighted we acted now. As for me he’s a busted flush now and those sideline antics with the Ref were going us no favours at all. It was tiresome.

As for not getting key decisions week after week maybe not acting like a 4 year on the sideline old every week might have helped.
