It’s been 5 days and nobody has been confirmed

Do we assume these players/agents/ clubs have not accepted what we are offering and we have moved on?
 
I would take some of his talk with a pinch of salt. He's not going to wait weeks for an answer is probably what he means. The whole market is slow, because of a lot of uncertainities. I imagine there are some stands off all over the country with players and agents demanding £20k a week and clubs saying £10k a week etc and thats the free transfer market. No one knows the market rates as well as in the past. Things will have to come to a head soon as many players have no wage and clubs will start training for the new season. Remember we don't know about crowds coming back yet and that affect revenue.
