Did anybody see ayews elbow in the palace game last night? How on earth was he not sent off? If Burnley lost that game dyche would have gone even more red
 
I thought it was the right decision. I don't think you can say for certain that it was a deliberate elbow and therefore it isn't an obvious refereeing mistake and so the on-field decision stands. It seemed like he put his hand out to hold the player off but caught the player with his forearm. I don't think it was violent conduct.
 
Didn't see it, I assume not as bad as the Mitrovic one on Ben White?

I often wonder what would happen if I casually swung an elbow in someones face at work, I assume my employer would have something to say on the matter.
