Because we look stretched at times, I wonder if our midfield is working hard enough to get back and help at the back.

For me it's because as a team we don't defend well, corners are a team game not on the back four, we lose the ball through the middle and either stop running or do t get back then defenders don't step out as the ball through is on, to go with diving inn or being the wrong side of your man when your tackling, really is basics of football that we get wrong and these people are professionals getting paid it really is frustrating.

Attitude and application is everything and we need that fire all over the pitch to throw everything behind stopping a goal going in, same can be said for attacking set pieces, just not ruff enough as a team.

What a player he is, and sadly I don't think we'll hold onto him for long. Fair play for coming here because he knew he'd get his game and experience. You could see last night he was frustrated by the efforts of his team mates, shaking his head after every mistake, particularly the Barlaser pass to set up their second.

VDB is certainly very good for a 19 year old.

Willie Maddren was 20 years old before his was playing on a regular basis in the first team.

As a defensive unit I thought the 2 goals we conceded were poor.

VDP has the feel of Willie Maddren more than any player I have seen in a boro shirt. Willie was class and cultured

Both goals were Barlaser's fault. To dress it up as anything else is delusional.

There are other factors to why we lost rhe game but both goals were his fault.
