Definitely the right man at the right time, I remember walking out the ground after a 1-0 home defeat & Mark Page said over the tannoy, we had agreed to sign a new player & to get more update to phone the clubline, what a signing he turned out to be, we were stuttering big time, if he hadn't arrived woukd we have finished top, anybodies guess, but his goals paved a long way for us winning the league

To show how time and place matter so much in judging success, I only have to recall what my Millwall supporting mate thinks of both Uwe and Bruce Rioch. They were both unpopular at The Den. He tells me the only good thing Rioch did for millwall was sign Colin Cooper.
