Conscription of dual nationals is a bit of a gamble I would have thought, as the Russian authorities don’t know which side they will fight for.
 
Weird. I'd have thought any dual US/Russia passport holder would automatically be under suspicion and surveillance by US security agencies by default. Or not allowed at all.
