Not really a unit of measurement but on the same vein as your's Norman. My wife uses the term bin bin to describe the outside bin, rather than the kitchen bin. Can you put that in the bin bin?

Hopefully you just go out to put stuff in the bin bin and not out out. ( you’d be in trouble then)

I would use ‘as flat as a pancake’ about a lawn or a pitch. If you are in a pub and are whining about your beer, I would say ‘as flat as a witches t*t.’

Both mean the same thing, you just wouldn’t be vulgar about a lawn.
