OK, a thread for those things that people haven't thought about.

My opening gambit is, an increase in the number of men with longer hair styles and/or an increase in decidedly dodgy homebrew/DIY haircuts.

Both my missus and I are having to grow our hair longer. As hairdressers are closed due to the lock down. Hairdressers here are able to do house visits. With suitable protection. This is mainly so people who are unable to was their hair themselves can get help.

We do not want to risk the chance of catching it from the hairdresser. Even though she lives in our street.

The round to it jobs will eventually get done. I am getting tempted to dismantle the old boiler that has been in the attic for 18 Months, desperate measures.

Sorry to lower the levity, domestic violence. The murder rate of women by their husbands in France is one every three days - it doesn't take much imagination to see those figures rising with so many cooped up in small apartments.

Separate bedrooms being used and a spike in separations after the lockdown is over, increase in Netflix, Now TV and Prime subscriptions, more traffic on boards like these, a lot of tidy gardens and garages and massive upturn in freshly decorated rooms.

I badly need a delivery of drink from my favourite pub in Redcar. Usually go in every Thursday for a few craft lagers. Withdrawal kicking in now. Locked up with a 5 year old drives ya to drink after a while o_O

A potential post-outbreak boom in YouTube channels that will suck further time from our lives.
A lot of people, with too much time on their hands will be honing their video skills right now and thinking of stuff to broadcast.

Is anybody else spending an inordinate amount of time watching people make things on facebook?
I am, but I must say that this started before coronavirus.

BBG, a rise in home based crafting industries?
My sister who is part of the at risk group is really getting into her sewing right now.
