I had the impression that those lads went to Pickering Town just to get a taste of men’s football. Maybe it’s not really about the level per se, more the physical side of things. Just toughening them up a bit and being in a senior dressing room. That’s just guesswork on my part though.

not sure on style, but both the u18s and u23s have set up with wing backs since Wilder arrived so I suspect they are trying to play the same way throughout.
