Under23s

Sonny Finch is doing well. Only just turned 17 and that's 4 goals in 7 for the u18s plus a couple of appearances for the u23s.

not a particularly good game to be a Boro fan 2-0 down after 20 minutes. a long drive for home for some

I didn't like the Burnley team who mobbed the Ref at every opportunity. How the left back's tackle on Joe Gibson did not earn at least a booking I have no idea.

After a clash of heads both players returned to the field Sivi and Woods of Burnley. Rugby clearly is miles ahead on the "treatment" of head injuries. Woods had a noticeable wobble as he was escorted off the field but allowed to return

Sam Folarin was the only Boro player who looked as he might score. I gave up and left with about 8 to go and missed the penalty
 
Gitau is having a bad run He was booked against Burnley and gave Joe Gibson a right mouthful over the incident

Against Fulham he is sent off
