Unable to buy tickets online

Is anyone else unable to buy Chelsea tickets today? Tried on laptop and phone and kept getting error message saying payment refused and couldn’t even get through to the ticket office!

I've had the same issue, someone mentioned on twitter issues with Santander & Lloyds. Ended up having to use a family members card who banks with someone else. Payment went straight through.

Apologies didn’t think to look on there, just used the missus card and went straight through!

My initial two where HSBC, third Santander and the fourth that eventually worked was HSBC so god knows!

Just bought them with HSBC. Santander refused three times even though I had just used it to buy a pass for tonight

No problems for me - went straight through. Done & dusted in a couple of minutes.

Just bought 4 using my HSBC debit card no queue but for some reason it won't let me add my credit card to my account

Yes same, something to with extra security measures. Used mrs card

I purchased ok with a Lloyds card - Mastercard

Mastercard cc wouldnt work with spurs tickets i had to use my barclays debit card

Why can't Boro ever get anything right regarding ticket sales. Absolutely useless

They charged £20 for an over 65 ticket too

Kenna - over 65's are £20 if it's an extra to the Season Card, normal general sale ticket's are £25 (+£1.00 fee).
I got 6,
3x SC concession £45.
3x extra one's (non concession's) is £75 (+£3.00 fee).

Ah ok. Must be Lloyds visa debit cards that are the issue.
