I saw on the BBC News this morning that Liverpool is supposedly a twinned city with somewhere in Ukraine, and they had a feature regarding Eurovision, wonder if they have heard something.

I saw that. It was the final one of a series where they have been showcasing all the host candidate cities but I agree choosing Liverpool last may be more than just coincidence.
