Was a bit downbeat over this yesterday but willing to give him a chance, just hope he gets off to a good start.

Yes it’s nice to have a both footed striker . I think he’s a scorer of really good goals rather than a scorer of lots of goals but his build up play and athleticism will suit the team and hopefully he creates plenty of space for the likes of Watmore and Tav etc
 
It's nice to see us doing business early and not waiting until August.

I trust Warnock knows what he's doing and what he wants. Too many are quick to judge based off previous form. It's a clean slate starting again at the Boro under Warnock for all our incomings.

I think we have to give him a chance.

Someone the other day mentioned Heskey as a striker who didn't have the best goals record and who widely got panned. However, a few players named him as their favourite strike partner, I think Michael Owen was one, just because he occupied defenders and allowed other more technically gifted players space to thrive off him.

Not saying this guy is in Heskey's league but a beast who occupies defenders and allows others to buzz around him could be useful. Open mind, I'll judge him when I've seen him play a few games.

First Ugandan international to play for the Boro - off the top of my head I can't think of any other Ugandans to have played in the UK, guess there must have been at least 1 somewhere over the years?

Theres just 2 Ugandan players currently playing in England. The other Ugandan plays for Dulwich Hamlet.
