Bizarre, bewildering, hilarious...full of threats, name mistakes ("Islamic Republic of Japan", calling Zelensky "Putin"), endless rambling, huge untrue boasts, ended war in Congo/Rwanda, India/Pakistan (good luck with that one!).

It is quite incredible that this bloke is allegedly the leader of the free world.
 
Biden stuttered on his words which meant he was a danger and too old and senile to be president apparently. Yet he just keeps rambling on and his supporters continue as if all is ok.
