Transfers - Speculate to Accumulate.......?

Or play it safe.

Would people be happy to get Larson for £12m ish and Greaves for £7m hoping down the line they are a success and we double/treble our investment? Basically spending the rest of our transfer kitty, gambling on these two players, knowing we still need 2-3 midfield replacements in.

Or are we not quite at this position, and we are better off looking for players a bit on the cheaper side, getting more players to boost the squad?

    We all saw the debacle on Saturday we all know what’s wrong wilder knows what’s wrong.. so I think we are getting the stage now where instead of quibbling over amounts and lose time and therefore more league momentum we need to go and get the players wilder wants. Why bother, recent incomings have not been that successful. Why not fill the team with our U23/top academy/remaining first players and save the transfer fees and wages. They would get the development they need
As long was we avoid relegation - thats a result!

Oops, apologies didn't see that. I did include Greaves though......👍😉
 
We should buy young up coming players , and should have a list already , and pick up some astute bargains that CW rates .
Not happy spending £12m on one player , £8m Larsen £6m Greaves , but it’s not my cash so I will let SG decide .
I thought we had a new scouting plan in place to pick up quality at a low price like the Brentford model ?
