I thought this piece on Toumani Diagouraga a former Brentford player who is now coaching at youth level for Boro and being at the best place for it. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of black or people of colour in the coaching side of football, hopefully with things like this it will change.

He played against us for Brentford in the play off semis, as did Rosenior for Brighton, and he is now Hull’s manager. So it’s not all doom and gloom for these lads, but it’s nice to see the pathway to a successful coaching career is available.
