I couldn't remember the parties or context but I did remember that phrase.
Why would Johnson reappoint him after he resigned in 2017? Yet another example of him getting all the big decisions right.

Send children away from their parents for several years, to an institution lacking empathy, where they are taught how to survive among peers of only the same gender - a kind of Lord Of The Flies, with the biscuit game thrown in for good measure - and such corrupted adult behaviour, alongside a distinct lack of morals or empathy for your fellow humans is what you get.

Groping or sexual touching is a crime and if reported should be investigated and prosecuted accordingly, the only embarrassing thing about this are the actions and comments emanating from the Conservative Party, the problem with a leader who is compromised is that any action he takes sets a precedent that he or she should follow however in Johnson case normal rules of decency do not apply.

Lord of the flies surely?

Unless they all dress up as hobbits and go off wandering up mountains together to have their rings melted in "Mount Doom". Which could be a euphemism and actually kind of sounds plausible for a public school experience.
