Tory deputy chief whip resigns after ‘embarrassing myself and others’

Can somebody just make it stop! The absolute state of this country these days.
I was going to say it’s in a mess from top to bottom, but it really isn‘t. The people at the bottom have nothing to do with it - it’s all down to those right at the top, whether politically, in business, or in Royalty.

It all feels a little bit like the last days of excess for the few, as Tory politicians, Royalty, businesses take what they can, stealing their wealth from those who have nothing left to give, eroding ethics, principles and democracy itself in an orgy of nest feathering greed and entitled misbehaviour before it all comes crashing down.
It’s all just so utterly soul destroying and painful to have to sit by and watch it go on so blatantly.

Going to be some rebuild job for whoever comes in after this Government.

I don't think a man who has been sacked twice for lying, has broken his own laws, and who had an affair in his marital bed whilst his wife was having treatment for cancer was every going to be the greatest judge of moral fibre

the whole Tory party knew about what a scumbag Johnson was/is before electing him....just the thought of power makes people throw aside all morals/ backbones.
especially if you wear a blue rosette..
