Hugely sad; having now been to an olympic games, it's a wonderful, colourful occasion and it can only be diminished by a lack of fans from around the world.

That said, it does need to go ahead for the sake of the thousands of athletes who have dedicated their lives to this point, for the well being of many sports, and for the next generation to have something to aspire to.

Sensible shout unlike or lot who want crowds in to Wembley and other places. Plus many are organising festivals. A lot of people who attend will not be fully vaccinated up before September given the time it takes to be effective after second dose.
