Trail a big game-changing announcement then when they make it public it turns out to be another scam.
Reduce time to do medical degrees (bin off learning the head/thorax/legs bits maybe?)
Have apprentice doctors and nurses on the wards (for those who don't fancy being electricians?)
Have 'therapists' doing dentistry.
Even when being spoon-fed by his pet newspapers Sunak can't avoid sounding ignorant and totally disinterested. Which is what he is. They want to burn the NHS to the ground.
