Ticket Office opening hours

I was just about to set off to go and pay for our season tickets at the ticket office, as had cash for a couple and also the recent debacle with online card transactions, so thought I would double check, just in case it only opened for half a day on a Saturday, to bizarrely find it didn’t open on a Saturday at all, the day you would think they would get the most passing trade, the opening hours being Mon-Fri 10am to 3pm, who the hell can get to the ticket office in the middle of the day midweek, very odd….why not close on a Wed or something and open on a Sat??
 
Trying to buy 2 tickets for the Fulham game but won’t accept card details and oh the ticket office is only open midweek days 10am to 3pm…..😔

Tried ringing the club and 33 in the queue, this is farcical now, this card issue is now affecting ticket sales and it doesn’t look like the club are prepared to offer interim measures, such as weekend opening, until the card issue is resolved, will it be back to queueing round the stadium for Wembley tickets should we get there??…..😟

The card issue should be sorted really soon - they aren't going to put out a press release until they know something for sure. This isn't completely in their control as it is not the Boro website - but they will have applied a lot of pressure and it will soon be a question of just testing this out.
Fortunately we still have a few more weeks for season card renewals.
