Did any of you keep heart rate data and how that effected with you. More interested in if you had little symptoms or none at all but any day would be fine.

My dads just getting over it...65yrs old average condition

started with slight cold symptoms
Then nothing for a couple of days
Temperature of 38-39 and loss of smell
Then got very tired, couldn’t get out of bed
Blood o2 dropped to 93 - was 88 one morning
After 10 days temp normal now, blood 02 94
Got a horrible hacking cough for the first time.
Think he’s COVID free now but struggles walking around the block

Glad to hear he’s coming through the other side.

Had it about 4 weeks ago, really bad headaches , temp only for about 36 hours, aches and pains, back ache and fatigue.
Feel drained every day now, in my 50s so probably lucky it hasn't been worse.
Strangely no one else in the household got it.

Do you track your hear rate through a smart watch/Fitbit?

should say sorry to hear that you’ve suffered and suffering.

I got a positive test following a ping on the app a couple of weeks ago. I felt unwell prior to having the test, nothing major but bad headaches, high temperature and what felt like aching kidneys. No cough or loss of smell/taste however. It didn't really get any worse but I did feel very weak and couldn't do my regular exercise class over zoom as I had no energy. Heart rate (according to fitbit) didn't really change from normal with resting rate between 45 and 50 bpm.

Thanks, wouldn't say suffering too much.
Have one of those monitors you put on your finger , heart rate was quite stable, stats dropped a little but not to alarming levels
