Rather like that Winterfylleth. Listening to some more on YouTube and what I have heard so far is rather good, sort of proggy-folky-metal.

Oh and found out (as a side note) that their name rather appropriately is Old English for the first full moon of winter

If you like them mate check out Fen, Fellwarden, Drudkh, Wolves in the Throne Room, Agalloch and Panopticon. All nature-based black metal bands with folky elements, much like Winterfylleth 👍

yeah, they are the outlier in my mogwai, f*ck buttons, mbv, this will destroy you, 65daysofstatic, how to destroy angels, cabaret voltaire joyful arc of noise.
One of the things the discovery of grace and the art of mindfulness gave me was acceptance of all musical genres. Sunn O))), at the right volume, are transcendental.

Still working on the Beatles but it "says nothing to me about my life" 'cept maybe while my guitar gently weeps, nowhere man, and here comes the sun.
