Its never been the same online since I found out we were signing Nick Barmby on the old rec.sport.soccer board:geek:

I realised then that the old days of reading gazette headline boards outside newsagents were almost gone.

It was simple to ignore things on the r.s.soccer as after a couple of days away I got messages from Keele Uni telling me my inbox was overflowing and had to delete everything!
 
Handsome was a troll who lasted a few days on here. Hasn’t posted since June 13th. He’s currently still on the forum posting under a new username sucking upto well known posters. He also I reckon is the Derby fan from the old board.

So was “handsome” barred then? He wrote 360 messages In his first 6 days then simply vanished.

Looks that way. There is another poster who is doing something similar Right now . But he isn’t trolling at the moment but I am convinced he is Handsome and the Derby fan. As the Derby fan mentioned my age on the old board and I remember a thread where I commented to Handsome about my age. I’ve got no evidence but it just seems to convenient. I don’t want to name the poster currently doing it as he’s done nothing wrong yet but he will soon

I threatened not to watch games in the old BJ McQuade (of Sports Gazette fame) days when we had been stuck for about 20 years in the 2nd Division, but I didn't go through with it and here I am about half a century later still enjoying myself watching crowdless Boro.
 
Pretty sure I know the lad who will have been wearing the Derby top in Coulby Newham,would be very surprised if it was him although he does hate Boro,despite being a Teessider.
 
I simply believe that a footy messageboard troll suffers with an extraordinarily small penis and likes to take something out on ordinarily endowed men.

They’d love to call it a whopper but it’s really just a weenie . It’s Just my opinion but I’m not wrong 🤨

Can you remember Bolton Lad the Mackem on the old board years ago ? It was hilarious when he was ‘outed’ with a photo on the train and he was a spotty seventeen year old . Oh how we laughed and he never returned
