Forever a legend, right player at the right time he, IMHO, saved our season

Great memory of that game; a late corner at the Holgate end, and everyone singing "Uwe, Uwe, give us a wave". I think his English wasn't up to much so he didn't react, and one of the Bristol City players (!) had to prompt him to wave.
