I was there that day Alan Moore was on fire he was once described as the next Ryan giggs when we signed him but that day you could see why.

I was there that day Alan Moore was on fire he was once described as the next Ryan giggs when we signed him but that day you could see why.

Moore is on twitter and openly talks about injury struggles and how his mental health struggled because of injuries. He was the best out and out winger i’ve seen in a Boro shirt for those couple of seasons, 93-95

Loved Alan Moore, fantastic player, his fight towards the end of his career and mental health problems since are a real shame. He has worked hard to turn things around for himself and his family.

I remember there was a run of games in the second half of that season when I thought that Moore basically saw us over the line. I know that Fuchs deserves credit as well but I believe that he (Moore) was our one player who could create something from nothiing. The first half of the season it was Hendrie who was magnificent.
