Nail on the head this. He not only waits far too long to decide what to do, but he also takes far too many touches. By the time he has decided what to do and set himself the chance has invariably gone. For a lad with a big frame too he is ridiculously easily brushed off the ball.

Same Gibson who has priced most fans out of going to games, refuses to communicate with the fans, has to invest so much money because of mistakes HE has made and has publicly backed the conservatives on several occasions despite clear evidence they couldn’t give a flying **** about the north east.

This will take a minimum of 2/3 windows to achieve though or 3 - Scott doesn't care about any of this and wanted to give his mate Edwards the job. What we are left with is a massively disgruntled fanbase and it is not going to take much for things to turn really toxic.

How many players who currently play for us do people think are viable options going forward? To me, Brynn looks solid, as do Jones & Fry. Morris and Hackney and one of the best midfield partnerships in the league I think, but beyond that? There is so, so much to do, and if we don't get it right I can really see us being dragged into a relegation battle. Lets be honest though, if we are starting players like Delano Burgzorg every week, being relegated to League 1 is entirely what you deserve.

Probably not. We go through times where the whole squad is too good for us and them all being worth at least £20m each to the whole squad being utter schite that we'll be lumbered with until their contracts run out and it changes week to week.

I said last season that we had a good enough squad to be challenging for the autos with a bad season being a comfortable playoff position which is why I was "Carrick out" from quite early in the season. I think again that we have a good squad capable of the same as last season and I will argue with anyone that is happy with 9th because we nearly made the playoffs so it's an improvement on last season that it is not good enough. Hopefully that doesn't happen this year and we can be competitive.

I am expecting this season that we will have a similar regular season to Sunderland last season and hopefully it can end in a Wembley play off win as well, or even better, as champions but that would be far more than exceeding expectations.
