The thing I like about Wilder is that he'll live and die by his methods in much the same way as Aitor.
Two diametrically opposite approaches to the game, but both based on an absolute belief.
I honestly think if we can get promoted and survive that important first season to guarantee funds for recruitment then he could build a fantastic side.
That's where my excitement has taken me too dood. I made exactly the same point about Karanka too to my father-in-law. Towards the end of the game he was asking for a more direct approach rather than trying to play it out. I said that Wilder will never change how he wants to play and so he better get used to it! Big ifs but if we can get promoted and then stick for a season then who knows what he might be able to do.
