The weekend beer and music thread

Evening folks, hope you all survived the storm this week! Great win down at Exeter midweek especially following the disappointment of the Stoke game last week.

The draw has been great and provided we play at our best we may well reach the semis, which would be a fantastic thing financially for the club.

First things first though, let's try and get back on the winning trail in the league and bag 3 points tomorrow against Plymouth.

I'm down in Yarmouth this weekend for a much festival and so had a few pints of Stella last night. Not my ordinary drink and I think that's what gave me a bad head this morning.

I was shocked that semi finalists only get £25K WeeGord.
Winners get £100K, Runners up £50K
Each club gets 45% of the gate receipts at every round.

Tonight some friends are coming round and I have a mixture of drinks available but I have squirrelled away a few of these beauts following a recent trip North, only for me and my discerning palate

Now I have recently discovered the songs of a delightful young Canadian lady called Mackenzie Porter, and given my beer for the night, I thought I’d share a song of hers with you.

I'm listening to a band called Nobheads Who Can't Wait Until Sunday To Set Off Their Fireworks. They're not very good but they're better than The Beatles.

Some cheap M&S red and just enjoyed catching The Wildhearts on TOTP2 .... with the late and lovely Mark Keds shaking it during his brief tenure replacing CJ.
Top tune and still a Wildhearts live favourite.
