The View from the Trees

I asked a Forest fan and MA Journalism Student, Charlie Liptrott to give us a view from the away end of tomorrow night's massive game. Forest hammered us home and away last season but under two different managers, neither is in charge now. They are gunning for promotion but will their present head coach escape their trigger happy owner if they fail? How do Forest fans view Boro as opponents. Who have been their key players. Am not expecting Charlie to be a spy in the camp but I wonder if there are any straws for us to clutch. After all, when we squared up before Christmas, we came back to draw at the City Ground. On a storm-tossed night Paddy McNair tucked away a penalty and ask any fan present it was all that we deserved.

We did deserve at least a draw down there and soon want on to be the top form team in the league. Then came the transfer window and the team stopped picking itself.
