You cant have two players playing in there just retaining possession. One needs to break the lines and be a bit more progressive.

That will lead to some interceptions and balls cut out.
I understand that, but I feel there are times he could play someone in rather than trying to force it. Don't get me wrong, I think he's a quality player.
 
We seem to hit a lot of hopeful balls - crosses and punts up field that don’t look to pick out players but just hit it and hope. A bit of calmness and skill is needed to get your head up and pick a player out.
 
We've played some decent stuff, same old same old though...struggling to create in final third, Conway and Burgzorg have been decent..
