When we signed Forss Brentford fans said he was an instinctive finisher but offered nothing else. From what I have seen that is the case so to put him in as a winger makes no sense. Crooks keeps coming on as a striker in previous games and every time we looked worse as a team. Just because he got a last minute winner doesn't mean it works. Carrick will hopefully learn from his mistakes.
 
That last “shot” by Blackburn was a direct consequence of this terrible pitch, the course at aintree looks better after the grand national…

Do you think he’s using crooks size as a dummy for the type of striker he’s looking at.

seeing how that type of player would fit in to the team shape.
 
I think we've moved the ball about really well but f*ck me we put ourself under pressure by tip tapping it about at the back. Forss on the right wing isn't working, he looks like a donkey on the ball. Crooks not pacey enough to play up top. Hackney needs to be careful on that yellow. I want to see a replay of the goal because it looked miles offside
 
Well one things for sure.

The few clamouring voices that grumbled about Jones and that he'd had a $hit season, what did he really bring to the side, if he wasn't careful he should be dropped....

There's your answer lads, right there. Now perhaps the best opinion you can give henceforth on our wingrocket are those of silence.
