The fact the we all needed to see it in super slo mo, to me means it’s a pen.

As all the ref did was guess he had no idea he guessed got lucky.

In real time that’s a pen

Ergo it’s a pen.
 
Use to be a PE teacher at a school in Stockton I believe. Glad he's gone on to never a successful referee if that's where his passion lies. Surprised he got a Boro game.

Btw refs is not an exact science and therefore based on the balance of probability as the only thing a ref use when he can’t possibly see it.

That was a pen.

Var is different but we don’t have var in the championship

He used personal opinion to not give that pen nothing else as in real time the majority would have said it was a pen.

So what your saying is it wasn't a penalty but he was wrong to not give it as a penalty as it looked like a penalty?
