The play offs. Who’s your tip?

I think Brentford would beat any of the teams in the play-offs over two legs but it is anyone's game in a one off final at Wembley when the nerves get to them.

I honestly believe the Brentford win at the weekend was a better result for Bournemouth.

The points amassed suggest it will be very close between the 4 but I don't think so. Brentford and Bournemouth score way more goals than the other 2 sides and in one off cup ties, even home and away, goals are a huge advantage. Still Bournemouth v Brentford final. Brentford have beaten Bournemouth home and away this season so a casual observer may assume Brentford win the final, but Brentfords recent form had too many draws so for me Bournemouth go up.

I just think Bournemouth are in such good form. It will be interesting to see what they do if they do go up? Woody is still only temporary.

If I was betting I'd go Bournemouth.

I am always a fan of the plucky underdog and love what Barnsley have done. To think the budget they have and the clubs around them (including us). That said they do play a god awful style. They make us look 'expansive' 😂

I imagine the likes of Bournemouth will have an eye on FFP if they don't go up. The likes of Ivan Toney will be off so no doubt another summer of Brentford losing best players (no doubt replace them with better)

I think its the usual lottery. I love watching them as a neutral. Although hate being in them especially the final were everything comes down to one game. I still haven't watched the highlights of the Norwich complete 'no show' under Karanka (I left with 15mins to go).

I doubt anyone will fancy playing Barnsley.

I would dearly love to see Barnsley do it but think there fairytale run will come to an end after a great season they've had, infact since the final fame of last season when stayingvup on the final day

Brentford always seem to be the top footballing side in the championship, score loads of goals, unearth gems then fall away in the playoffs

I can't see past Bournemouth TBH, the 3 teams that came down to go straight back up

I bet the prem are praying Bournemouth come up. They have already saved 80mil in parachute payments with Norwich and Watford going up.

With them being all so close on points any chance on some manoeuvring to maybe get a perceived “easier” semi final?

Bournemouth will be a lot weaker next season if they dont go up, so will Swansea just by losing Ayew.

Id like Brentford or Barnsley to go up but I fear the Bournemouth momentum will carry them through

With 1 point separating them it would be impossible for any of them to manipulate final positions.
It would be like one of Alex Horne's Taskmaster tasks: "Think of a number, middle number wins".

Bournemouth are hitting form at the right time.

Sounds like Swansea are the new Derby, Burnley, Bournemouth and ermmm which other club has been temporarily despised, Blackburn were for a fortnight, Wolves, Bolton, Sheff Wed have all been up there.
When you put it like that CtC it makes you realise there’s an awful lot of petty jealousy on here!

A week to wait for the fun to begin
Heart still with Barnsley, have no axe to grind with Woodgate but head says Brentford V Swansea Final. Would be classy
