How much space there was in mf and how few opportunities to play it through the middle there suddenly was as well.

It shows how influential Johnny is not just to the team but the team structure as this allowed stoke to play through us and cut out our through balls.

He'd have to go mental to get suspended now.

He'd need 6 yellows in the last 9 games.
 
We just didn't have the same movement, particularly towards the end. They looked a bit tired to me, mentally and/or physically. There was a point with about 5 minutes to go where we had the ball on the right and no-one was moving and eventually McGree made a bit of a run. In retrospect maybe he could have freshened the team up a bit but I'd have picked the same team.
 
Unfortunately this has happened most times howson hasn’t played. Hackney has been great but is lightweight by comparison and does not have the same engine on him the howson does (albeit he’s improving). What I would say about Barlasar, Mowatt and crooks when he’s played there, none of them are particularly mobile and therefore we win fewer second balls and can’t hit on the break the same.

As far as I'm aware, the suspension would count in the play-offs, so it's 9 if we're not promoted automatically.

He won't get 6 yellows either way.
