I have feared this result all along - and had no idea why some were so confident he’d lose
Now with The Senate in his pocket too he will make sure all charges against him are dropped and will attempt to cement control for beyond 4 years

Thankfully most of my mates are pretty centre left still, barring one who’s a Trump supporter despite him not aligning with most of his values but he has a mix of right/left wing views. He is becoming more right though, although he’s got some really socialist views at the same time. He’s an odd one.

He simply believes there’s a media narrative to make Trump look worse than he is. I’ve always said, you don’t need the media to make him look bad. He does that every time he opens his mouth and tries to overthrow elections.

There’s a few of my Wife’s family who are on FB this morning giving it the big’un about Trump. She can’t believe it, but I’ve told her for ages a few of them are moronic gammons. The big clue landed when they all rocked up for the Middlesbrough Riots (although they assure people they weren’t involved in the trouble).

There’s always the same correlation regarding our politics and Trump supporters, with a few conspiracies thrown in the mix too.
 
I've just watched Trump's "pre-acceptance" speech, it's clear that he has won the presidency only needing 5 College votes now to reach the 270 vote requirement. This man is unhinged, a loose cannon, a convicted felon, a narcissist and liar. He has promised to resolve all America's problems around inflation, the economy, and immigration in, "record time", whatever that means, as there is no previous record to beat. It's unbelievable what the people have voted for, everything based on rhetoric without substance but what a salesman this bloke is.

I just can't understand it.

Who buys something off a salesman who gropes your wife, makes racial slurs, s**** himself and then rambles about Arnold Palmer's d*** for 5 minutes??

I for one am not buying a car from that guy.
